Daniel has been with CBM for 13+ years, coordinating designs & creating both 2D/3D drawings for all our projects he has gained a vast amount of knowledge on all aspects of security construction and procedures, Daniel is our in office IT support & has particular interest in M&E.

Gary Gale - Project Director
Gary is projects director for CBM Ltd and has over thirty years’ experience in the construction industry. He has spent the last sixteen years dealing specifically with secure projects, in both the UK and overseas. He specialises in project delivery and bid management but carries out other roles including financial control, project planning, logistics, and supply chain management.

Jason Millard - Resource & Project Manager
Having worked in the construction industry for over 30 years with the last 14 years of that being within the secure building environment Jason brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. Jason joined the office team after years of being a working foreman with a Joinery background. He has a keen eye for detail and a can do attitude to deliver a quality job on time for our clients across all government organisations.

Stuart Forrester - Project Director
Stuart has spent over 40 years with various Government departments as both physical & technical security practitioner/adviser where he managed, advised and specified security systems to HMG. With 25 of those years spent travelling abroad including hostile environments, Stuart brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to CBM in our line of work of security construction.

Steve has worked for CBM for 17+ years with a majority of them years spent site based but has more recently moved to been based as the office as our logistics and warehouse manager, Steve has a can do attitude and always up for any challenges that he may face.

Jon has over 25 years of experience in various sectors of the construction industry and provides both commercial and project management to the business, during his 4 years+ with CBM, Jon has worked on various projects for different clients and has a good knowledge of NEC contracts and construction programs.

Jim has over 35 years’ experience within the electrical industry, working and acquiring an in-depth knowledge of industrial and commercial work in the UK and 11 years’ experience in hostile environments across the world. Jim has a good understanding of our key clients’ need for security & sensitivity and has experience with all aspects electrical in security construction.

Nigel Vase - Project Manager
Nigel joined CBM office team in late 2022 after 43 years mainly as a site manager, with a extensive experience and a varied skill set including good man management, Nigel has settled well into life at CBM as a project manager.

Josh is a qualified accounting technician that has worked for CBM for the last 6 years working in the accounts side of the company. His main roles at CBM include overseeing project costs, dealing with supplier payments and invoicing to clients.
